3-in-1

Like what the title says, this shall be a quick 3-in-1 blog post!! :) 

#1: 

Some snapshots from the Oovoo conversation I had with the 2 crazy girls last week! I really miss them so so much.

#2: 

Went over to Lacepipe's warehouse sale yesterday. The event was started at 11AM and auntie Jong made me wake up early to meet at Paya Lebar MRT at 9:40AM. I guess it was worth it because the queue was freaking along awhile after. 

We were the 3rd batch that went in and got to shop comfortably. I got 3 items (top, romper and shorts) for $42 and won a necklace from their lucky dip! Lucky me :)

We went over to City Plaza for more shopping and I got another top there! We then rushed over to Nex to meet our Yanyan. It's been so so long since the 3 of us met!

Clarissa had to leave earlier! Boohoo. Wait till Yanyan and I end our major exams k. We shall go out again soon! Qianyan left awhile after too and Meixiang joined me to study. It was quite productive for me :)

#3:

So yep, I sent Jiaying and Khakit off a couple of hours ago.

Although we only met for 2 days, it felt like we knew each other for years. I felt so comfortable talking to Jiaying despite the slight communication problems we have sometimes. Argh. I hate goodbyes..

We promised to Skype whenever we can and they told me they will Whatsapp me as soon as they touch down at Germany. I can't wait to hear from them 12 hours later.

Mum told me that we will definitely go to Holland, but probably after my third year. Whatever it  is, I'm glad my mum said that. Just imagine frolicking in the meadows at Holland, standing right below the Eiffel Tower or having a pizza in Italy. My life will be complete.

Friends From 12 Hours Away

So if you read my previous blog post, I brought Jiaying (oops, my bad), her brother, her cousin and her cousin's boyfriend out on Thursday! 

Honestly speaking, I was nervous and excited to meet them! I was afraid that we will run out of things to say and things like that. Well, I'm glad it turn out fine!! :)

We went to Science Center! It changed quite a bit, much smaller now :(

We went to Bugis Street after we had our lunch at Jcube. The guys ended up at the arcade while I brought the girls to Bugis Street. They love it there! I brought a dress (hit me) while Jiaying bought a belt. We only had less than an hour there to shop as we need to rush back for dinner. 

We walked pass Twelve Cupcakes and I began raving about their cupcakes. We picked 6 flavours and in the end, her cousin's boyfriend insisted on paying for them! Some guys are just so quick when it comes to paying. Haha! Thanks anyway :)

I think I am in love with their red velvet cupcake. Such an expensive and unhealthy obsession.

We went back to Aunty Lee Joo's house for some really awesome dinner. After which, we played a few rounds of 'Taiti'. I lost all the rounds if I'm not wrong. Walao, so embarrassing! LOL.

This marks the end of the day.. I talked to Jiaying mostly, but I'm glad her brother opened up to me more on that day!! It's just so amazing.. Learning about the cultures and lifestyles of people from half globe away. I am so lucky to be able to know them.

Went I left, Jiaying's mum still told me "我等你来荷兰!!!!" ("I will be waiting for you to come to Holland!!!")

I can't wait to take that 12 hours flight over. I hope that day will come soon :)
