USS Halloween Horror

Went over to USS last Saturday night with my boy, his bro and his girlfriend, and his bro's couple friends. Yes yes, we are triple dating ;)

I must say, it was extremely crowded!! According to Jennifer (who works in USS), 11K tickets were sold beforehand. And if you include those who bought the tickets itself, it's a whooping 15K people.

WHAT. THE. FUCK.

Anyway, I still managed to find my ghostly Lama and bought a $1 light stick to show my support. WHAT. Don't expect me to buy those overpriced lighted headbands which I will never wear again after that night ok!!

COUPLES. COUPLES EVERYWHERE.

I was really freaked out by this globin here. He came towards and shouted in an evil voice 

"I WILL MAKE YOU A GIRL"

WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?! AM I NOT A GIRL?! GOSH. I'm sorry but..

Jackie Chan needs to be here.

To be veryyyyyy honest, I was disappointed. 

1. 

Queues for the haunted routes/houses was extremely long. The queue time for Insanitarium was 120mins = 2 fucking hours. And I heard it was the best? We had to give it a miss because we didn't have enough time.

Zombie make-up wasn't impressive. I like to play L4D2 and watch Resident Evil, so I was looking forward to meet the zombies. Turns out, their zombies could talk (1 whispered to my ear "I'm still here") and some merely had charcoal(?) dust on their faces. I really expected more..

Other than that, I was really glad the rides were opened. It made the $48 more worth it. Imagine the rides were closed, the queues would've been like 3 hours? Overall, the atmosphere was good and there were a number of professional scary ghosts!

I miss this afternoon..

I feel so comfortable with them - whether i'm on court or in some bloodied white dress. Not forgetting to mention, our extremely unglamorous expressions caught on cam never fail to get us high.

Left Somerset to meet Guowen @ City Hall.

Qianyan and i were wondering how are we going to survive on the train with all the fake blood on my faces. On my part, i scare quite a number of people. I stood right in front of the train doors, so when it opens, those people who tried to rush in will be greeted by me. It's a once a year kind of experience and gotta say i loved it! Muhahaha!

After Guowen is done bathing, we went to Habourfront to wait for the rest.

Uneven foundation?




Decided to take the monorail to Imbiah station. Didnt expect to see so many ghosts wandering around there! I thought Sentosa would be selfish and only allow people who paid for Spooktacular to get close with their ghosts..




The ghost giggled when Zhuoxiu sat beside her. That made Zhuoxiu jumped. Hahaha!!

Went to Bugis to support Zhuoxiu! He joined some CS competition and won 2nd! Not bad right?!! Fyi, Zhuoxiu is better at SA. Maybe i should ask him to teach me. :P

Went to meet Yunying @ Haji to accompany her for some shopping. She is the cutest thing ever (yesterday only ah), really!

I received my very first birthday present this year which is from her!

She tried to buy me a present secretly when i was in the same shop (shophouses are very small in Haji lane) as her. SMART OR NOT? Nonetheless, i really love the necklace she bought. It will arrive in 2 weeks! :D

Crazy weekend, but it's time to get serious. Conquer O is starting tomorrow. I'm looking forward to start lessons again. I can never study on my own. Cant wait for 2010 and 2011 to pass!
