After receiving a text message from Guowen saying that he was at the Sky Park, I immediately rushed off like some mad woman. I thought sky park closes at 10pm and it was already 9 20pm when i left.

I waved my hand frantically each time a cab drove pass, only to realise that all of them were hired.

To make things worse, a man 'cut my queue' by standing in front of me when i was there earlier. I was so mad that i pointed my middle at him straight at his face. Childish act? Maybe. But he should be able to see me there first given my size, and obviously with my frantic waves, he should also know very well that im waiting for a cab.

We exchanged glares and i crossed the street after awhile to try my luck. A cab turned in when i once reached the pavement. HAH, IN YOUR FACE FAGGOT.

I told the driver my situation and he managed to reach MBS at 10 55pm. ZAI NOT YOU TELL ME?

So anyway, i found out that on that day, Sky Park is only closed at 11pm. Can lepak lepak already lor. I was still plotting some plans in the cab just in case i couldnt make it on time e.g begging the hotel manage to let me in/ pretend like my imaginary younger sister is lost inside. LOL.



Ahhh, Guowen blinked. So cute. :P

Guowen came to pick me up after training yesterday. Came to my house and bathe. Met up with Eileen to go to FFF's flea while Guowen had to attend a wedding dinner.

Met up with him for less than 5 hours this weekend. :(

Took a cab down to MBS. When we got onto the the cab, the price was already $7.40. I was so shocked and made a huge fuss over it. Honestly speaking, i felt like i was ripped off. TOTALLY.

Wtf is wrong with Singapore's taxi companies? Fucking $3 extra for taking a cab in the city area? And additional i-dont-know-how-many percent peak hour thingy. Screw _________!

Mood got a lot better after we reached MBS. Was too busy wow-ing at almost everything.

We are really super lucky yesterday because the was NDP preview. Which means FIREWORKS! The best thing is that they will explode right in front of our window!!!

Camwhoring in the toilet for a while before the fireworks start. Oh, did i mention how we ran out of the toilet? Maybe you guys shouldnt know. :x











This year's fireworks are pretty and special! Some came off in Singapore's flag's colours, some came off to form words and shapes, some came off and flew in different directions (mad chio).

From our room, the fireworks were right in front of our window. The impact was so big that the window shook after the bigger fireworks 'exploded'. We off all the lights and sat on the floor, enjoying the beautiful fireworks that lighted up the sky. Geez. Priceless, really.

After the fireworks, Eileen and i had a wild time in the hotel room. We jumped on our beds, flew across the room, swung our head like mad to get crazy pictures and throwing ones phone into the wall.










Apparently, our laughter was so loud that Cindy and Jonas could hear us from the lift lobby (3 rooms away).

Went out at around 12am to walk a huge round. Talked a lot throughout the super long night walk.

Wake up only, you get to see such a nice view. No wonder it costs so much to book for 1 night at MBS.


Sky Garden @ MBS.

For non-hotel guests, each person have to pay $25 entrance fee to this boring place. The only fun thing about the Sky Garden is prolly the long swimming pool and the magnificent 360 degree view of Singapore . Other than that, i dont see anything else worth the $25. AND, if you are just a visitor, you cant swim. It's strictly for hotel guests.

Unless you think you have a lot of money to waste, you can just forget about going up there.


Wonder how Marina Bay will look like in future.


My just-wake-up look.

We are wearing the same outfit as yesterday because it was a last minute decision to stay overnight. YA LAH YA LAH, VERY DIRTY LAH.



Ohohoh! The menu at MBS is killer man.

1 Plain prata for $16! $16 leh!!!! Then 2 boiled eggs for $20, 3 for $21. EGGS LEH. NB. This one rip off so much more $$$ than the taxi company lor! Their menu super imbah. The prices excludes 17% service charge.

We decided to call for Macdelivery instead. So much cheaper.



The stay at Marina Bay Sands was a great experience. This is also my very first time staying at a local hotel! The feeling of walking around the MBS as a hotel guest, exploring the hotel and CBD at wee hours in the morning, playing with the super fast speed lift, making a huge mess in our room and munching on Macdonalds for supper.

One word - HOLIDAY.

But one bad thing is that i'm having tons of tests coming up and my weekend is totally wasted (maybe not) on having fun while the rest are busy mugging. SHIT MYSELF.

Okay. Maybe i should study a little now. Goodnight people!
