Holysh*t, It's March Already!

So I finally got the time to sit down, have my Milo, edit my photos and pen (or rather, type) down my thoughts and to talk about what had happened for the month of January and February.

I can't believe how fast the first 2 months of 2014 just zoomed pass me like that. Is it because of the increasing responsibilities we have as we grow older? Honestly speaking, I dislike the feeling of being tired most of the time I am awake :( Oh well, I guess this is just the life a student in Singapore.

Anyway, since I haven't blog in sooooo long. I decided to do mini blog posts in 1!

SPA PROJECT
So during the last term of year 2, our spa project took up a lot of our time. And of course, I am extremely glad that my spa project group bonded so well, and making the entire project such a joy!

We were lucky because Han owns a car. We literally explored the whole of Singapore while looking for inspirations, materials and... food. Haha!

#OOTD in front of our superamazingballz ride.

We also spent a lot of time at my tiny house and where it is too chillax for anything studies-related to be done.. Most of the time, we end up talking about irrelevant stuff, camwhoring and even cooking!

Chubbachub joined us when we did our work at home! :)

When Billy took over after I accidentally set the pasta on fire. I SWEAR IT WASN'T MY FAULT :(
(look at dat face thou)

Chomp chomp because we eat our project.

So after weeks and weeks of hard work (and pigging out), we finally did our presentation and it felt like a huge burden was off our shoulders! During our project meetings, we often talked about Xiao Long Baos and yep, we got what we craved for!!

3 MASSIVE "LONGS" OF XIAO LONG BAOS OMG HEAVEN ON EARTH
Words cannot describe my love for XLB. Why are they so crazily expensive :(

Well, I just wanna thank this awesome group of everything - the time we shared together, the dicussions, the fights in the car, the meals we had and everything!

I really hope that all our effort and time spent on Estado Físico will be worth it and that we get our desired grades :)

QIANYAN'S BIRTHDAY
Other than the wild night at Zouk on her actual birthday (where the bitch cried cause a lot of her friends turned up), the netball girls, Cris and I decided to surprise her once more!

This time, it was held at my place again. I had to lie to her about my mum cooking for her while in fact, it was Celine, Cris and I struggling in the kitchen. Haha! We cooked what we knew - spaghetti with tomato base and cute little hotdogs that Celine made!

SO. ADORABLE.

So apparently the surprise failed because yanyan already suspected something. Sigh, I guess it is just because I am horrible at lying? But anyway, it was nice catching up with my girls and of course, passing the burdensome clothes steamer to the (then) birthday girl!

As usual, when girls meet...

EAT.SLEEP.RAVE.REPEAT.

Mostly birthday nights with my friends and girls :)

CHINESE NEW YEAR

I absolutely love my new red bag from Charles & Keith! It looks and works pretty much like the wallet-on-chain from Chanel. I got it off the outlet at Changi Point during one of our spa sourcing trips. Guess you guys will see me carrying this a lot!

This year, I felt that CNY came too fast. Unlike previous years, where I could raid my wardrobe and plan my outfits, this year I actually bought a new dress 2 DAYS before CNY!! So impromptu! But I guess it was largely because I was preparing for finals.

Anyway, just like the usual CNY, we visited our relatives, played cards, eat and eat and eat. Something special that happened was having my first "lou-hei" of the year with my class and our adviser! I thought that was pretty cool. I really like how our class is more bonded now :)

AWARD CEREMONY
I am proud to say that I did really well (in my opinion!!) last semester, and was awarded with a few prizes.

Unfortunately, my parents weren't able to make it for the award ceremony.. To be honest, I was a little disappointed because it was the very first academic-related award ceremony I attended and I really wished they were there. But oh well, I'm really glad that Tasmay and Shayna made it there to give their support!! :)

Anyway, I remembered clearly that it was 13th February and I decided to bake red velvet cupcakes for my classmates just to share the love :)

Luckily for me, I managed to hop onto Han's car to school. I can't imagine carrying 2 dozens of cupcakes on a bus all the way to school.. Have to admit, the cupcakes weren't very good due to some technical reasons I guess. BUT THEY WERE MADE WITH LOVE, SWEAR.

We had some time to kill before the award ceremony, so we stayed in class and celebrated Jean's and Shuyi's birthday!!

After which I was attacked by Tasmay who slapped the cake on my face omg that fart machine. How on earth am I supposed to survive Sydney, sleeping in the same room as her *cries miserably*

To cut the long story short, we eventually got our awards and managed to get some photos with our adorable adviser!

After that, Mei Jun, Billy, Hong Yu and I decided to crash Yi Wei's house. We helped ourselves with the CNY goodies, watched some basketball and left. Sad to say, Yi Wei's house was the only friend's house that I visited during CNY :(

BUT

I managed to see his dad's super awesome ballsome car!
BMW logo which appears when you open the doors of the car. I am really, very amazed.

So Yi Wei has been trying to convince me to choose BMW over Audi and I must say, he is putting in A LOT of effort haha! But I have to admit, he is probably winning half the battle already! Because, if I can ever own a continental car, I will probably pick BMW over Audi.

Anyway, I STILL think Audi's headlights win hands down. MAD LOVE THEM.

Alright, enough of nerding around about cars~

CLASS GATHERING AT ENG YANG'S HOUSE
So finally, after our very last paper (which officially marks the last day of year 2), Eng Yang generously opened up his house for our class to gather and have fun!

It was also the day I fell in love with his extremely adorable dog named Whiskey! It's a 5-year-old, overweight Dachshund that loves belly rubs omg madness.

Poor Whiskey getting bothered by a poop.

As usual, we ordered pizza which was generously sponsored by My Lee Eng Yang! Thank you so much!!

I'm sorry guys, I think I will end up staying single for the rest of my life and just buy a house and own 12 Dachshunds and watch them trot around the house.

I MEAN SERIOUSLY. THEY ARE FREAKING CUTE I CANNOT.

So this marks my very long and draggy post about the different things that happened in my life recently! I am so glad I finally manage to do this. Because if I don't, the next time I blog will be when I am back from Australia.

I am extremely excited for the trip!!
Until now, I still can't believe that my mum gave me the green light to travel with my friends.

As much as I want it to come, I dread the end of it..

Anyway, I hope there is still someone reading this dead blog of mine. Have a nice day ahead! X
