I WAS SO WRONG. :(
Spain won 1-0 over Germany.
Here are some reasons why i think Germany lost:
1) Germany was playing defence for the whole of 1st half
2) Spain was playing pretty well
3) OH, THE FUCKING REF
Paul predicted Spain to win.
To be honest, i am not a huge fan of soccer. But i do watch sometimes when i'm free/bored. When i was younger, i used to scream at my cousins for watching soccer channels - every little girl prefers Disney Channel more, right?
This year, i finally watched soccer with interest but the results were really disappointing. Like how England lost to Germany and how Germany lost to Spain. I cant say Spain will lose to Holland, both teams are strong in their way and i shall not predict again -.-
OH, HOW CAN I NOT MENTION ABOUT THE FUCKING REF?
Is he blind?! I THINK SO MAN.
2 free kicks are supposed to be awarded to Germany, and he just signal for the game to go on. Even the commentator said "That's a foul.. Free kick! Oh.. The referee didn't call for that" !@#$%!@ And, when Spain was attacking, he was like some fat ass blocking their way. He even obstructed one of their pass.
I guess i should i stop ranting about unfairness since the match is already over. Next match is gonna be interesting. Both teams have never won the World Cup before. Qianyan is definately on Spain's side. For myself, i guess i shall be the neutral party this time round. Both teams have equal chance of winning!
Let's just see what the Octopus will say..
