My arm are aching due to yesterday's badminton inter-class (both the 32 teams got into top 3!) and i cant type fast, cant hold my hand still w/o shivering like i'm on drug and cant write properly. How sad. I wonder how badminton players and last so long. My arms would most probably die. :(
