Baked rainbow cupcakes again. Guowen requested for them, but i guess i will let him down tomorrow when he eats them. ):
Things went horribly wrong right from the start.
1) Took only 3mins to bathe and rushed to Yio Chu Kang to meet Andy. (why am i always late?!)
2) Didnt have the recipe with me because Qianny couldnt send it to me on time, had to search for a simple recipe online (where iphone comes in handy)
3) Had to borrow my cousin's kitchen and found out later that they didnt have a weighing machine. (used agar-ration for the amount of flour and sugar, and it didnt taste as good as the previous ones that Qianny and i baked)
4) Added too much icing sugar for the icing, and it's mother fucking sweet.
5) After 4 hours, only 7 successful cupcakes.
I cant say i am disappointed, at least the cupcakes are still edible. I really love the colour this time round and i really enjoyed decorating the cupcakes with icing! Oh, and i must say, Andy's a great baking partner too. Maybe because we are both making the cupcakes for the one we both love (GUO WEN). Heh. I really cant wait to see him. 20 hours 7mins.
