Injured my right thigh, too many trainings i guess. Couldnt walk down the stairs properly, and i'm walking with a slight limp. Last night, my mum helped me to rub my muscles. I screamed. -.- She applied damn a lot of pressure la! Laughs. Get well soon zirui. :)
